FAQ’s

Is the ADC Training Centre an accredited/registered institution?

Any and all Education and Training Providers must be registered and accredited by the relevant regulatory bodies. Advanced Design Colleges is an Autodesk Authorized Training and Certification Centre and also a Certiport Examination Centre. Our accreditation certificates are available upon request.

How big are Your Class Sizes?

ADC offer training courses with a maximum class size of 15 delegates. We recommend 15 people per course because we have learnt this is the optimum number to maximise learning and ensure enough individual time with the trainer. Where class sizes exceed 15 delegates we will look to add an additional training facilitator.

Are the Courses aimed at Students only?

Our public scheduled courses are open to everyone and are often attended by individuals and those being sent on behalf of companies. Customised Training Courses are on offer for educational institutions and government departments.

What time does courses run?

Our scheduled courses run from 09:00 to 15:00 each day. With customised courses we can be more flexible with regards to the start and finish times.

How do i book a Course?

Once you have decided which course you would like to attend, please call our administrator on +263 73 738 7540 who will confirm availability and reserve you a place over the phone. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by internet transfer or cash. Once a course booking has been confirmed our training coordinator will email over your course confirmation and detailed instructions

What happens after the course has finished?

Each person who attends a course will receive 2-months of post-training support. This literally means that when you go back to use the software in your own environment, if you need any assistance on one of your own drawings, or have forgotten something covered on the course, you can log a call with our customer service team and one of our trainers will call you back and help you out over the phone.

Where are the courses held?

Classroom based training: We have training centres across African Southern Region (Zimbabwe (Harare), Botswana(Gaborone), South Africa (Johannesburg) and in Zambia(Lusaka) On Site training: We are able to deliver training on site in your offices.

Do i get a Certificate after the course?

ADC is an Autodesk Authorised Training Centre and you will receive an Autodesk certificate of completion that is industry recognised. If you are interested in a formal qualification, we are also an Autodesk Certification Centre and offer Autodesk Certification Exams (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, Fusion 360, Max, Maya, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
